2. Products & information
We make every effort to display accurate product information, including the mandatory declarations required by the FSS (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020 and the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011. Product images are illustrative; always read the label on the physical pack. Minor natural variations in colour, size and aroma are normal for spices.
3. Pricing
All prices are Maximum Retail Price (MRP) in Indian Rupees, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you confirm an order. We never charge above MRP.
4. Orders & payment
An order is confirmed only once we accept it and share an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount paid. Payment options (UPI, bank transfer, payment link, or cash on delivery where available) are shared at confirmation.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer law, courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
